First of all, we want to thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for the continued and overwhelming support that you have shown our organization over the last year. We remain short staffed and overwhelmed with abrupt changes but you have been kind, patient and understanding. We are proud to serve our community and remain more committed than ever before to our mission of saving the most vulnerable among us.
We will remain at our Hwy. 501 Tanger Outlets location for the forseeable future. This location is open 7 days a week from 12 PM until 6 PM for cat adoptions, donation drop offs or to shop in our small retail pet supply store! All proceeds go directly to help cover the costs of medical care for our beautiful shelter babes.
Our dogs are officially back at 3241 Mr. Joe White Ave and our cats and offices will be remaining at our Tanger Outlets location until further notice.
If you are looking to ADOPT A DOG please submit the online adoption application from our website. Our adoption counselor will review it and get back to you to schedule an appointment. We respectfully ask that if you are unable to keep your appointment that you let our counselor know as soon as possible so she can offer your spot to another approved adopter. If you are looking to ADOPT A CAT please visit us at our location at Tanger Outlets on Hwy. 501. You can fill our the online application in advance but you don’t need to wait to hear back from a counselor before coming out to meet all of the beautiful cats available for adoption. A counselor will review your application when you arrive and help you pick out the best fit for your home.
If you have found an animal or need to surrender an animal, please call 843-426-3282. If the situation is urgent, you may visit us at Tanger Outlets during our business hours to discuss and we will always do our best to accommodate you. Please understand that we have less space than we previously had and are only able to accept as many animals as we are able to house appropriately.
