NOTICE OF CHANGES TO OUR BY-LAWS

GRAND STRAND HUMANE SOCIETY, INC.

On Wednesday, Nov. 15, 2023 we held our  Annual Members Meeting. Here are the decisions that were voted on at that meeting.

  • The Board of Directors of Grand Strand Humane Society reviewed our By-Laws and the board and members present voted to approve the recommended changes and revisions as outlined in the link below. The existing provision and the proposed revision are outlined and the changes are highlighted in red and are either struck through and/or added. Proposed By-Laws revisions
