Casper is the most docile, loving cat ever to come into the shelter. He is a beautiful white cat with quite a unique feature - one green eye and one blue eye! Casper is good in a carrier and a car. He loves attention, treats and will curl up on your lap. Casper has been at the shelter since April and he is eagerly waiting for a new family. Please stop by and give Casper some TLC. We promise you’ll fall in love!
